Myntra.com — I received an expired product(natio restore cleansing milk) | |||
I ordered the product Natio restore cleansing milk on 22 of June 2018(there was sale going on in Myntra & the product costs Rs 894) which I received on 1st of July between 6 pm to 7 pm. As soon I received the product I was eager to use it but just when I opened the cap of the bottle I found a typical oily smell from it & when I checked the MFD, EXP DATE etc I saw the product was a way backdated product. The MFD was June 2014 & the Exp Date was June 2017. Yes..2017! Myntra sent me a cosmetic product which expired 1 year before. Then & then I called Myntra Customer service & lodged a complaint regarding the issue. As it was a nonreturnable product so I had nothing to do but only to wait for the response from Myntra as they said that they will look after the issue. But after 5/6 days when I found no response from their side I called them again & reexplained my problem & then I was said that my complaint was declined by Myntra team as according to them they sent me a new & fresh product!!! I requested them to transfer my call to any higher executive of Myntra CS that I can know what exactly was going on! After 3 mins keeping my call on hold I was able to talk to their higher authority(As they said) & then the Madam explained the whole thing in the way that I didn't clearly mention to their team before that whether the product was "defected" or "expired" one & so they were unable to take any step!!! That was first lie said by Myntra team as more than 10 times I mentioned to them that the product was the expired one. Then she told me to wait for two more days to get the response from them & I was provided a email address that I can send the images of the product. Without wasting time I sent images(with all the details & labels on the bottle) of the product but as usual received no response from their side even after 4 days since I sent all the details & then again I called Myntra & I was said the same that they sent me the product after checking the qualities & they sent me a proper product(biggest lie by Myntra) & so they can't help me regarding my issues!!! They absolutely denied their mistake & portraits the whole thing as I was lying!!! I asked them to provide me the papers on the quality check & details of the product. They told me it's confidential!! Well here I spent 900 for the rubbish & now I can't even check how good quality they actually sent me!!! It was the worst experience ever!! The product took almost 900 & now I can't use it! It's not the first time Myntra sent me an expired product. 1 year back I experienced the same with a Kaya skin clinic product but that time the product was expired by 2 months when I received it. I complained against that but then I didn't want to go all the returning process & all as then Pick up facility by Myntra was not available at our pin code & I thought by mistakenly it happened & this not gonna happen again. But no they did it again & this time it's ridiculous that they sent me a garbage. Hell with Myntra & their customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
