[Resolved]  Myntra.com — refund not initiated in my bank account

I am regular customer of myntra. But I didn't get my refund against the 4 return. I called up the myntra executive about the refund for which they told me to wait for 10 days as they have already initiated the refund. After 15 days, when i called up another myntra executive telling that it's already 10 days and the money hasn't been refunded yet then executive tells me that that they have refunded the money on and provided me with a reference no. The reference no they provided is invalid. I called up the myntra customer care and they told me to contact the Indian bank . As they will help me out but when i contacted the my bank., they told me if the money has not initiated by them and reference I'd is wrong as well. I am getting stuck between both the helpline. Kindly help me with the refund process.
