Myntra.com — soundpeats q12 earphone received are damaged | |||||
I have order soundpeats q12 from myntra, i got my delivery on 22 september 2018, when i open my package and try to switch on my earphone i got no response, i also try to charge it but charging is also not working, no sign of charging on led of earphone. These earphone not even worked once. I have complaint in myntra care customer they have given me the time of 3 days, but also they are not looking sure and telling me exactly whether this products they will replace or not. They Cancelled the order because my brother was in college and asked the delivery person to come the next day. This is outrageous.

I have placed my 1st order I'm my transactions on 31st Aug. After that I had many transactions with myntra... all the details were there in my order section till yesterday. But now there is no history..
It's showing NO ACTIVE ORDER whereas I have one active order
