I gave my Tata Tiago XZ Diesel Car TN02BK5322 service at My Tvs Ambattur on 6.12.22 Morning Pickup from My Tvs only.. I received an SMS stating car reached service center and in few hours concern mechanic/agent called and said only Car Ac Valve issue.. I asked when it will be done, , They said it will be intimated soon...Till evening i waited for the call, but no one bothered to inform so i called up and asked the person ( ShepenRaj) he said concerned part not available so will take another two days.. I said I need car since I have lots of commitments. He asked to make Rs.1238 as charges.. I never asked why you have charged this amount for not finishing up my work.. But no response. They itself delivered the car, but improper service was done, Filter, Exhaust unit was removed and delivered.. Since the next day 7.12.22 I have kept asking them about the follow up.. Shipping Raj went on leave, then i pushed to contact Dhayanand who is not even bothered to pick up my call at any point of time.. So I went directly to the Ambatur My Tvs service on 8.12.2022 and was made to wait for 45 mins and still not my issue resolved. i called again to Shenpenraj for the same issue, but he said I am torturing him by making calls to him regarding service, Now I even have contacted My Tvs customer care since 9.12.22 & Today.. But no one from their side called up regarding the same. I don't know why such poor customer care and poor service by MYTVS Ambattur.. I have already given many services, but this is the worst service I have never done before.. Please take necessary action.. I am very upset and tired from this service @ My Tvs Ambattur.
