I Give the Vehicle to insurance Claim to MY TVS K. PUDUR Branch, they are Quoted unwanted additional material to Surveyor and billed for 32k, Most of the Spares Not replaced and Some of the New Broken spares are provided as replaced parts and billed those Parts also.

I believe I made a mistake in allowing servicing on the TVS side. They are not suitable for personal car servicing and should focus solely on cabs. I have given my car for servicing twice for periodic maintenance and twice for repairs, and each time I believed they were being genuine and honest. I have given my Car for repair.After 3 months I got call from service person that my car is repaired and they also done road test for 50 plus kilometers and issue rectified.I paid 157000 as repair cost.They also called and collected 1000 rupees for petrol refueling.

Booked for my car service yesterday night in Bangalore for mytvs. Pick up was scheduled at 8am morning and taken to hulimavu. Did as scheduled. General oil service after delivered a vehicle, while driving heared weired noise & vehicle shutoff on middle of the door only droven 4 kms . I got support after 3 hrs and they said battery failure. So I ask them to deliver the vehicle . They delivered vehicle without fitted battery tray, engine cover & air intake pi not pe etc .

I booked oil change service from mytvs and I was promised same day service. The pickup was prompt but then my real ordeal started. Within few minutes of the car reaching the hulimavu center, I was told that almost the entire car is in bad shape and the estimate provided was around INR 60K. My experience with MyTvs is very bad. I agreed for the charge 2500 towards general servicing of Maruti alto 800 Lxi - AP3903 and for 63 point inspection report.

They sent back vehicle without cleaning and washing for which they reduced 300 and allowed me to pay 2200.

I haven't received the bill. I haven't received the 63 point inspection report.

As advised by customer care, spoke to Godwin, Manager...
