Complaint Regarding Delay, Damage, and Poor Service Experience TN58AD 5928

My name is Sankar from Madurai. My car (TN58AD 5928) was given for general check-up service at your service center near Fatima College on 25.04.2026 at 8:00 AM.
However, even after 4 days, no proper service has been carried out. The vehicle was kept parked outside on the road in a dirty condition. When I visited the service center today evening, I was informed that the car would only be ready tomorrow morning.

Worst Customer Care and Service

Car Insurance claim and Breach of trust

Sorry to say this, No Satisfaction with My tvs K. Pudur (Madurai) Branch Service centre.
I Give the Vehicle to insurance Claim to MY TVS K. PUDUR Branch, they are Quoted unwanted additional material to Surveyor and billed for 32k, Most of the Spares Not replaced and Some of the New Broken spares are provided as replaced parts and billed those Parts also.

MyTVS Held My Car for Over 20 Months! Still No Delivery Need Advice

My car was flood-affected in Dec 2023. myTVS took 17 months to return it in May 2025 — but with unresolved issues. I sent it back in June 2025… and it’s still with them today! No clear updates, no delivery date, just excuses.
I’m seeking advice and sharing my ongoing ordeal with myTVS regarding my [Ford Figo, TN49BB1147] affected by the December 2023 Chennai floods.

My Car service not done since last 1.5 months and they made me pay extra amount in addition to invoice

I had given my car Tata Tigor Automatic, for service on 24th June and since then they are not able to do service. My Car had minor issue with little noice from strearing when driving slowly. They inspected and said will require stearing to be changed. They order parts and they fixed it but they couldn't do wheel alignment. Later they said part were faulty. That way tried three time ordering parts and doing alignment. But they couldn't fix...

Worst customer service & repairs

Initially the call centre staff were following up regularly with me for periodic maintenance. I agreed to them after they assured me of quick response & 1 day service delivery.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against MY TVS Service Center, located in RR Nagar, Bangalore, for their complete failure to provide the promised service and the undue delays in returning my vehicle. My Booking ID is 4274566 and my customer code is KRRN-9409.

The details of my complaint are as follows:

1. Timeline of Service and Delays:
On 30th March 2025, I submitted my vehicle for service at the MY TVS Service Center, with the assurance from Prithvi that my car would be serviced and delivered on the same day.

On 30th March 2025, I was informed that parts were unavailable, and the delivery would be delayed to 31st March 2025.

On 31st March 2025, I was again assured by Mr. Santosh that my car would be delivered by evening. Later, I was informed that the car needed to be washed and would be delivered by 1st April 2025.

Despite multiple attempts to contact Mr. Santosh, I received no response, and later he informed me that he was on leave, directing me to Mr. Lingam.

On 1st April 2025, I was told that the motor was not functioning, and my car would be washed outside by a third-party vendor, with no timeline provided for the delivery of my vehicle.

2. Failure in Communication and Customer Service:
I have been continuously contacted by Mr. Srinivas and Mr. Praveen from the sales team, who repeatedly assured me that the service would be completed promptly. However, since the car was taken into the service center, they have failed to provide any updates or respond to my calls.

I have been left without any clear communication or resolution for three consecutive days. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious breach of service and failure to fulfill the agreement made at the time of service.

3. Violation of Consumer Rights:
According to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers are entitled to receive goods and services within a reasonable time, and they are entitled to a remedy in case of defective service.

I have made several reasonable attempts to resolve this issue with the service center, but the lack of communication, continuous delays, and unfulfilled promises have caused me significant inconvenience, distress, and financial loss.

Furthermore, the absence of any proper justification for the delay or a clear action plan has led to a situation where I am unable to use my vehicle, which is a direct violation of my consumer rights under the law.

4. Request for Immediate Action:
I respectfully request the immediate return of my vehicle along with a detailed explanation of the delay, including why the motor and other parts were unavailable for service, why no updates were provided, and why there has been a lack of proper communication.

I also seek compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused due to the unacceptable service and failure to adhere to the agreed-upon timelines.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it by taking legal action. I will be seeking a resolution through the Consumer Court and requesting appropriate compensation for the damages caused.

    Hi All,
    Beware of Perungudi Chennai MyTVS where fraud and rowdysm act is clearly visible mainly with Service advisor Pugazh.

    I gave my car Datsun go plus for Car AC repair on Sep 2023 and they charged 25000Rs within 6 month AC problem, again i gave my car to the same Perungudi MyTVS on June 2024 and service advisore Pugazh assured the problem wont be there AC will work fine charged 25000Rs again but with in 8 months Car AC problem and third time i gave Feb 2024 and they charged heavily almost to 19, 000Rs, so i escalated this to customer care they reduced the bill amount to 15000. Due to this vengeance service advisor pugazh spoiled my well working car horn to dummy horn and assembled the audio system in a worst way which was not at the time when i gave my car which is clearly visible in inventory report(attached the screenshot image), when i made call to Pugazh he was so rude like rowdy speaking to customer. very very worst behaviour

      Hi,

      I spent almost 50,[protected] in Sep 2023 and 25000 in June 2024) for my car TN02BC0254. But within 4 months the AC was not functioning properLy so after 4 months from Jun 2024 service was done by Perungudi TVS, but since the product was under warranty they managed somehow and repaired AC. Now its after 8 months of service again AC problem for which myTVS saying cooling coil is gone mentioning 6 months warranty is over.

      So, low quality by myTVS even after spending 50k within 1 year 4 months replaced product is having problem. i am driving car past 20 years and this is my 3rd car, but facing this type of low quality problem only with this car for which ac REPAIR was done by myTVS perungudi.

      If a person like me who has 20 years of driving experience face low quality that too i didnt use in summer past 7 months where load for AC was low then people who are beginners are really pity who gave the car in myTVS perungudi chennai

      Many times i told to send back the old part which was replaced by new product but they never returned the old product.

      This time i want the old part to be sent back to me and going to see the quality of new part they are going to put in the car.

      I sent multiple emails to customer care but no action taken, only first time when i emailed they sent reply after car given to myTVS since customer care executive asked to give the car again to recitfy, i gave the car again to solve AC problem on 13th Feb 2025 morning and till date no update from myTVS whether problem will be solved or not.

      Why so worst customer support from myTVS

        Car servicing worst

        Hi Ramya,
        I believe I made a mistake in allowing servicing on the TVS side. They are not suitable for personal car servicing and should focus solely on cabs. I have given my car for servicing twice for periodic maintenance and twice for repairs, and each time I believed they were being genuine and honest.         Sir yesterday i went kanchipuram mytvs for my car wind sheild change. Reception is very good after that they not even respond for anything. I am waiting at road side tree with security. I go and ask sir what happened if i go or wait they wait we are conducting they not respond. I went to your office by 10.30am, i go inside by1pm they are going for lunch. I asked sir what happened they said everything over we will start by 2.30om. I was wating till3pm they nit respond i went to the reception sweeper lady siting at reception and eating

          Car repair not done

          I have given my Car for repair.After 3 months I got call from service person that my car is repaired and they also done road test for 50 plus kilometers and issue rectified.I paid 157000 as repair cost.They also called and collected 1000 rupees for petrol refueling.

          I took car out of Garage and within 200 metres same issue is reappearing.Also petrol went dry and I got struck in middle of busy OMR road.

          No responses from mytvs/Coimbatore then I went to mytvs/Coimbatore today @9pm and received my car.

          This is very Worst experience with mytvs/Coimbatore.

          I never expect this from mytvs Coimbatore.

          After receiving the car, I checked that the car has some issues during the driving. Some noises is coming inside car. Noises are not there in my car before service.

          Anyway, My Bad experience with mytvs/Coimbatore.

            I have for first time thought of giving car for service to mytvs service center .
            Car was booked for pickup at 8am on Saturday 13th Jan 24. But the person came around 10am for pickup . Car is serviced in Guindy branch.
            It was committed that car will be delivered back and will be dropped at my pickup location on Saturday night.
            I got call on Saturday evening ..
            It was said that brake to be replaced but material is not available now, if I confirm it will be ordered on Tuesday and they said that I can drive for 500kms with these brakes. I said that I need car for next 2days and also I need car to go to office on Tuesday, so will do this later..
            Then bill is generated and they said that I need to make payment for generating gate pass for car delivery. I made the payment and sent screen shot. After this, there is absolutely no update or any information on car delivery. I called all available contact numbers but no one to answer as office is closed. I tried for customer care. Then I got a call from customer care on Sunday at around 9.45am and he said that he will revert by checking within 2mins claiming that he has other contacts in Guindy service centre. There is no response after this till now.

              I sent my ford fiesta classic for periodic service, along with that i said my rear brake light is not working. They said we have changed the brake light bulb, when my vehicle reaches home i checked the brake lights, now both left and right brake lights are not working, its very dangerous for me and the other vehicles comes behind me, they cheated by saying we have replaced, worst experience with these people from mytvs guindy chennai. I need this issue to get resolve Soon.

                My TVs ki Mobility did a car service for replacement of Clutch

                Total paid amount ₹31225 + tow charges of 4500

                Within 48hrs, the car was taken for a short drive within 5km vicinity, had a loud crackling noise again . When stopped and found by near by local help on highway, it was found that there were no screws plated and the clutch discs have come closer to the wheel, which can kill anyone as it can break the wheel!

                When I called the myTVS service person, no proper response. Never give the car to them and they are money suckers without any knowledge of what they must do.

                  My vehicle number is TS08FC2598-Renault Kwid, I have submitted my car on 28th November 3pm ato Hafeezpet, Hyderabad mytvs service but I did not received any response or update from the service and my car is not returned till now.

                  Because of this improper service I couldn’t able to use my vote today, I want my car back to my home as soon as possible and I will not pay single rupee from my pocket.
