[Resolved]  MyTVS — Car door handle and lock

My vehicle TN10 ALL 3315 was serviced by Amabattur branch Chennai. the left black door lock was having a problem.They informed door handle needs to be changed and charged me for that. Vinoth was the person who worked on this.

Initially, they said during the delivery, they informed I can come and fix the handle in the next 2 days since its needs to dry from painting
After 2 weeks, they said they need to check where the parts is place, so they wanted 2 days' time
After 1 week, there was no answer then it moved to Lalitha from customer care, she wanted to check with spares team its been 2 days now and no answer for my call. Having pathetic experience from them spent almost 20, 000 for the service unable to enjoy that.
