I had so much trust on the name 'TVS' for their legacy but the service centre people are spoling it. I had given my car for repainting the whole body of my Honda city car on 16th May 2022 and they took my car with lots of false promises about how well they will do the work on my car etc..it was delivered on 16th june 2022..after a lot of followup from my side..
they didnot even hv the courtsey to update us on the status of my car from time to time..byt while taking the car they had promised us that they will send videos of the car being repainted..etc ..but nothing..then although my car was taken on 16th may 2022..they registered the task sheet only on 20th may 2022..noone receives our call if we call them to ask about the status of the work on my car..
They had not done a horrible job on my car and claimed to have done the full repainting .. full body repainting but the doors inside was not repainted and the colour difference is seen quite well.. car painting too was very shabby with scratches seen which proves that the painting was not done properly and there is a big scratch after they delivered the car.. in the front. .no feedback form was issued to take customer's feedback the service centre.
