My car TATA NANO TN05AL 6229 was picked for electrical issue on 23rd January 2023 By Mytcs guindy branch, while giving the car I told them if they are unable to do I will take it to TATA motors service center, from 24th onwards till today 2nd Feb I am constantly following up the team and didnt got proper response today I spoke to Praveen of mytvs phone number [protected], and informed that team is unable to fix the issue and take the car from the service station.
I requested another mechanic to understand and take over the car for futher service, when the other mechanic enquired about the issue the person is unable to explain and not sharing the futher details around the issue. Moreover, he is not picking the call and after multiple tries, he is not giving a meaningful response.
Here the concern is what team did for last 10 days
why they are not able to fix, in spite of calling themselfs as multli brand service center
why there is no proper callcenter to track and update the status
