[Resolved] MyTVS — Worst customer service & repairs

Worst service by mytvs, pls do not take your car for [protected]@myTVS Arakere, B.G.Road, Bangalore
Initially the call centre staff were following up regularly with me for periodic maintenance. I agreed to them after they assured me of quick response & 1 day service delivery.

Soon after that the car was picked & taken to the garage & till next day no response, Customer care stopped receiving my calls. These cheats will take weeks or months for service & repair..They will not have basic spares like spark plugs or air filters.
Your car will be lying in the garage under the hot Sun & pigeons 🐦 will [censored] on it..These service advisors do not care for all these..All they will give you is a estimate which you will repent/ regret taking you car to them...

After that you will need to make multiple visits to take ur car back, These technicians are untrained & they will not be able to understand the fault. We need to tell them about the fault.

The repair charges will be more than double of the cost if you are giving ur car to brand authorised service centre..
BEWARE GUYS...DONT GET FOOLED BY myTVS brand.

Complaint marked as Resolved

Till date no one from myTVS or their Customer service called me & asked on the complaint raised. I think myTVS guys are not professionals. They are denting the TVS brand/ legacy in the market. TVS guys please wake up.. Matter most serious.

MyTVS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
