I had given my car for AC check-up on June 9, 2022 at MyTVS Ambattur. The cooling was low and I was told by the executive that it is best to change the AC and he gave a long list of explanation about the compressor, a noise that is coming from the car etc.
Then I was told about a total estimate and I agreed to it. Its been more than one month now and I am fed up following up with CRM and other executives. I have visited the center multiple times now and I don't see them going towards the right direction. Last time I visited I requested them to give my car back so that I can give it to some other center and have it reviewed. The promised to resolve in one day and asked for one last chance. It's been a very frustrating experience as the response from the CRM is pathetic and they don't attend my calls (I call them at the max once in three days) Very frustrating experience for a simple AC problem in the car. I request someone from complaints team to look into it as I believe my car is struck with an incapable team that has zero understanding of customer service. Hope it reaches the right team.
