Poor Service Experience: I had very bad experience with the workshop's service. My issues was with the quality of work, unsatisfactory customer service.
Lack of Ownership: The mechanic and the manager at the MyTVS Ambattur workshop failed to take ownership. My car was fine but after service my power window was not working. My concerns was they did not accept responsibility for the problems or mistakes that occurred during the servicing process.
Attempts to Hide Mistakes: The staff at the workshop allegedly tried to hide their mistakes rather than addressing them openly and finding solutions. This lack of transparency can further erode trust between the customer and the service provider. My power window was not working, i found myself. the mechanic never shared with me. The driver from 3rd party shared the truth that when he asked the same in workshop then they said just drop it in customer place as it was like this before...
Unresponsive Customer Care: The customer tried to contact the workshop's customer care number[protected] but was unable to reach anyone.
