I availed home bike (TN06A3467 - Suzuki Access) service from GoBumpr in the month of January 2022. After the home visit, the technician informed that the magnetic coil unit is faulty and needs complete replacement. It took 45 days with multiple follow-ups to get this rectified. Post the coil replacement, I was told that the coil is faulty and this needs to be rectified at MyTVS medavakkam. It is almost a month and I have spent so far INR 7000/- and no signs of my bike. On 22nd a technician from MyTvs Medavakkam, called up and said i have to spend another INR 13000 to get the bike repaired. I still do not understand why a bike which required only servicing requires replacement of every part costing INR 20K. Adding to this, I am not sure whether I will ever get my bike. If I do not get my bike by this week, I am filing a police complaint and include the technician's name who visited my home to take the bike. I am fed up of your service, all I need is my bike back.
