MyTVS — Product extended rejected with no reason

Product was delivered today and i raised request for 1+1 years registration and it is rejected without mentioning any comments. Is that how you treat your customers? I have resubmitted it and in case it is rejected again i will return the product

The MyTVS Story !!

I got a Whatsapp msg offering me Air Filter free, Oil filter free, that free this free everything at 2999 etc. Since the offer was so exciting, and my car was due for PMS, I thought ok let us try. This was about a month ago.
I called this call center girl, who was so good, and polite and repeated to me all the sweet-coated offers once again. I told her ok go ahead and book a slot. She blocked it for the next day. I emphasized that I need the car by 6 pm. She assured me that before 6 it will be at my feet.

Next day this driver called me to collect the vehicle from me, which he did. I gave him 500 to fill the diesel, cos he was looking/sounding honest. My car left me at 9:30 am. In the afternoon I called this girl to remind her about the delivery of the car. She again assured me not to worry. I was happy. That day my office was over at 5:30. I was waiting for my car in the cellar. 5:30 gone… 6:00 gone… 6:30…. 7:00… gone… 7:30… and meantime my patience is gone… I called this mechanic, who said its over, and waiting for the driver to come. He said in 5 min driver will start from the shed (its about 20 km away from my office, ) and Hyderabad roads in the evening will be like a 9 months preg. After a dozen calls to the mechanic, the sweet sales girl, and finally to the Manager (to my amazement he is not aware of anything that is going on about my car. Coz he doesn’t have a list of cars that were serviced since Morning, but he is a Manager for something.) I was supposed to go out at 7:00 with my family … the great driver reached my office at 8:45 pm. (of course he took his own time blaming the traffic), when I was jumping around like a monkey shouting at the Manager. Innocent Manager, he doesn’t know anything about it. Must be working from home that day. That’s how it ended my life for that day with My-Ass-TVS. Neither I went out with my family nor happy with the service. Literally, I reached home at 1010 pm coz its 23 km away from my office.

The driver was expecting something… sadly I couldn’t do anything for him and then he left. I started my car and looked at the fuel indicator, and felt happy that I didn’t give anything further to the Driver. Coz there is no much change in my fuel indicator, of course two three points went down. So what driver was expecting I gave him in the morning itself. :) The mechanic sent a big list of repairs that I should get it done…I was so kind of him. The mechanic billed me 3500 and I was so lucky that he offered me some 480 discount. The manager who counter-attacked me over phone later sent me an apology WhatsApp message saying that he will investigate the matter and get back to me… he is so honest that even after one month he is still investigating the matter and I am waiting for his report. The case is so complicated... with many twists...

Today 30-July, when I took my car for real servicing, to my surprise, neither the ac cabin filter was new, nor the Air Filter, nor the oil filter … and no top-ups. The mechanic showed me each of these physically. My-ASS-TVS just water-washed the car and vacuum-cleaned inside … it took about 7-8 hours to water wash the car... see this is called dedication...

This is how the owners of companies like this will become millionaires overnight, using people like me as their source of income.

Guys it's always good to give the car/two-wheeler or whatever to Chillar Mallar mechanics in our gallies these people will be the best than My-ASS-TVS or to an authorized service center.
