MyTVS — Seemingly fraud company

I booked oil change service from mytvs and I was promised same day service. The pickup was prompt but then my real ordeal started. Within few minutes of the car reaching the hulimavu center, I was told that almost the entire car is in bad shape and the estimate provided was around INR 60K. I had sent the car for just oil change and they came out with long list of things to be done. I have maintained my car pretty well and the only problem besides the oil change was the replacement of wiper tank which had developed a small crack and the water was leaking from it. I asked mytvs to change this part alone. They really tried hard to convince me to go for all the repairs. I became very suspicious of their attitude and told them that I will give it to Mahindra for service. After this conversation, there was no news from them. I called mytvs late in the evening and I was that the wiper tank was not available and they will give the car next day. I said if that was the case, there should have been some communication. But mytvs representative Pradeep, was least interested. He promised to send the car by 12 noon the next day. The next day, I receive a call saying that they could not source the part and the car is being sent and asked for the payment. I tried to make the payment using UPI but there was some problem with payment gateway and then I made a transfer through my bank account and shared the screenshot with mytvs. To my horror, these jokers wanted "transaction successful" written on the screenshot. I told them that the screenshot has reference number and they can check with the bank. The accountant and Pradeep started playing blame game. I was told that unless the accounts confirms from bank after 24hrs, they cannot release the car. So as I write this review, I haven't received my car and I don't think I will be receiving it even tomorrow. I feel this is a deliberate effort to cheat customers. They probably want to replace good parts of the car with faulty parts so that they can make money which otherwise they would have made if I had agreed to replace all the parts they were suggesting. This has been a horrible experience and first ever in my 25 years of getting my cars serviced.

Further to my ordeal outlined in the previous post, I was made to wait for another almost 2 days before I got my car. The reason being the accounts was not able to trace my payment!

Anyways, the car arrived and to my horror, the car was in damaged condition. The lever used to open the bonnet was dangling down near the accelerator pedal. The driver who delivered the car said it was in the same condition when he started from the garage. I managed to open the bonnet with bit of circus as I had an inkling that the oil would not have been changed for which I had primarily sent the vehicle and I was correct! The engine oil had not been changed!!! As if this was not enough, when I started my vehicle, I got a message from my car system that the oil level is low! Forget everything else, even the basic cleaning was not done. Car was in a very bad shape from the looks of it. It looked as if it had been ransacked. I tried reaching the consultant Pradeep ([protected]) but he kept disconnecting my call. He finally picked and said he was busy and again disconnected. I didn't give up and asked him for the customer care number and he reluctantly gave me the number ([protected]) which was never answered.
My ordeal did not stop here, I went out with the car and for a short distance and it suddenly stopped. There was some funny noise (like electrical short circuit). I had to avail roadside assistance to cart the car back to my house and since then it is parked here. To rub salt on the wounds, I got a call from so called customer service for the feedback. I gave them the entire chain of events. I was promised that they will get the car fixed free of charge immediately. It is well over 10 days now... no one has turned up!
