MyTVS — Serviced car returned in pathetic condition

I gave my car for servicing and few repair works on 30th Nov. The service personal assured that the servicing will b done in 3 days . I received the the quotation for around 18k. But after the servicing, they charged more than 30k. The car was not serviced on the promised date. ultimately I had to visit the service center on 6th dec and waited around 6 hrs to get the job done.
The service was not apt and the car condition is more worse as I get same unusual noise from the suspension as before.

My car was not serviced as promised.
