20 days before my ford fiesta had a compliant of alternator pulley sounding problem. When i was shown in my tvs authorised center in arakonam. They told me pulley & Bearing was broken which needs to replace.

After a week they told alternator got shot circuit and need replacement.
Last week the replace alternater and delivered my vehicle on 17.05.2022.
Charged as along with labour Rs7500/-for that. On the way vehicle was stopped. Again i am unable to start again.

Compliant raised immediately. No Proper response. I am running behind them for the past 8days.
Kindly take this as compliant &resolve the issue.

    What the heck service you are providing? Do you fool people around and do business? I will file a case if you are not giving complete refund. Bike was completely fine before service but soon after the service, clutch is broken and accelerator is broken also no water wash. No chain lube nothing you people did and received money 2600/- .
    You spoiler will regret for this surely
    I need immediate refund.

      I have done my Hyundai Eon (TN02AW4020) tinkering working in myTVS Ambattur. My car was having damage in the trunk with the dent and the trunk could not be opened with keys. I left my car for dent work on 09th May 2022. I had initial discussion with the advisor, not sure about the name, his contact no is [protected] and then Mr. Surendar has been assigned as my advisor ([protected]). As per my suggestion, he processed the insurance claim with Royal Sundaram for the trunk repair and got the approval. The car was in myTVS garage for 2 weeks and delivered to me on 21st May, 2022. The dent got repaired and painting work was done properly. When I tried to open the trunk with keys, its not opening. I called the advisor, he mentioned that the trunk lock was not part of claim and it can not be claimed. if I approve he will order the new set of locks. He has not clearly prepared the claim and also not conveyed anything about this during the service period. During the discussion, he was trying to convey the message that the trunk lock can not be claimed in the insurance and disconnected the phone in middle of the conversation. Its not correct. Also, myTVs mentioned that as a complimentary they will replace the wiper blades. I also reminded the same to him on 21st Mar prior to delivery. Also I requested to remove the stickers and clean the exterior properly. Nothing done apart from painting. My concern is - He is not paying attention to the customer complaints, rather blaming the customer. I need two things to be addressed 1. Trunk lock: 2. Wiper blades replacement as committed.         Hi Team,

        I left my Honda city vehicle( TN 38 BU 3802) in Coimbatore MyTVS workshop ( opposite to Avinasilingam University, Coimbatore ) on Jan 14th for accidental repair and full body painting. My TVs promised me to deliver my vehicle within 30 to 40 days from the date of appointment date. It’s been more than 4 months still MyTVS team is doing my car repair and painting work. I enquired many times about my car service status and no one is properly responding to my concerns. When I visited in person and they are asking me to give additional time. Also the painting work and repair work which they have done so far is not completely satisfied to me and complained about the same. For rework also they asked me 1 week of time line and I have given more than 20 days and still they are working on the complaint. I don’t know why my tvs is taking more than 5 months for my mentioned and what the managers and higher officials are doing with respect against customer complaints . Very worst service experience in MyTVS I ever had in my life time.

        I have mentioned don’t above service adviser name who is taking care of my car service. He never communicated true information to me whenever I ask whether my car work is completed and his answer is ‘yes sir it’s done and you can come and take your vehicle’. When I visited the service centre he will take leave and repair work will remain as it is . Not sure why he is communicating fake information to me always . It’s been four times he did same to me . Manager is also not providing proper response . I’m very fed up with my service experience with MyTVS . This would be my last service in your organisation and I will never ever recommend your service centre to anyone and will circulate this to social
        Media soon with appropriate proofs and audio’s from service adviser who communicated false information to me.

          Car door handle and lock

          My vehicle TN10 ALL 3315 was serviced by Amabattur branch Chennai. the left black door lock was having a problem.They informed door handle needs to be changed and charged me for that. Vinoth was the person who worked on this.

          Initially, they said during the delivery, they informed I can come and fix the handle in the next 2 days since its needs to dry from painting

            Its been 8 days since the vehicle was given for service. i was informed by Mr. vinod on last Saturday that the vehicle is on the way back from the service station.but still the vehicle not delivered. i made 30-35 calls during these days. he didn't even bother to take calls. the number [protected] stopped taking my calls worst ever service by servicemen. i have been paying 2000rs everyday for taxi in the absence of my cars.
            i dont know what they did to my car.

              AC service - escalation

              Hi,
              Recently I did AC service with mytvs and spend around 37, 000. It stopped working with in a week and they fixed it saying thermostat issue. Now again AC not coming out of right AC vent. I'm not sure you got the problem right. Very much upset with the service. Please let me know what shall I do now.

              I availed home bike (TN06A3467 - Suzuki Access) service from GoBumpr in the month of January 2022. After the home visit, the technician informed that the magnetic coil unit is faulty and needs complete replacement. It took 45 days with multiple follow-ups to get this rectified. Post the coil replacement, I was told that the coil is faulty and this needs to be rectified at MyTVS medavakkam. It is almost a month and I have spent so far INR 7000/- and no signs of my bike. On 22nd a technician from MyTvs Medavakkam, called up and said i have to spend another INR 13000 to get the bike repaired. I still do not understand why a bike which required only servicing requires replacement of every part costing INR 20K. Adding to this, I am not sure whether I will ever get my bike. If I do not get my bike by this week, I am filing a police complaint and include the technician's name who visited my home to take the bike. I am fed up of your service, all I need is my bike back.

                Vehicle given for Service and Repair. There was a issue where coolant was boiling and Overheating. They kept my vehicle for 1 month. But not resolved the issue. And charged Rs. 11949. Also after that they created more problem in car. Engine missing problem created. I paid them because wanted to get rid of them as i had worst experience with them. And release the vehicle. They could have done worst to it

                  Am very disappointed with MyTVS which is located in Guindy industrial estate
                  I left my car Maruthi Ciaz TN06 W1392 for repainting as a result the repainting was horrible
                  In my car there are still dents, scratches and bubbles all around the body of my car Maruthi Ciaz
                  I Complient to the consent person about this who took this issue very lightly and simply gave me a reply that is not a big issue sir
                  I need my car to be delivered in a proper way by rectifying all sorts of problems which was done by My TVS Guindy industrial estate persons
                  I have paid the price asked by the consent authority person from My TVS Guindy industrial estate so I will not take back my car until the problem is resolved.

                      Car Service

                      I had serviced my Maruti Ritz TN 39 AZ 2355 and some service deficiencies (Odometer is showing 1 instead of 0 when the car is started ) were informed to your feed back call team. But no one has called back till date. One Cap is missing in back side luggage space (photo shared). If these issues are not still addressed, will be taken to further level of escalation..

                      Delivery problem

                      I had given my car (vehicle No. TN 37 CJ 6050) for accident service on Jan 01, 2022 in O my TVS, mettupalayam road, coimbatore. Still now car was not delivered. It's approximately 2 months over. Billed me around 98, 000 but delivery is not given yet. Always saying that spare parts have not arrived yet. Then what for they are running car service center?

                      Broke head light in front of me by not fixing it properly.. Worst labours.....

                      I gave my Chevrolet Beat car for normal service in the month of Oct 2021 in My TVS Car service at Madurai. After the service, within a week or so, the car horn was not working properly. So I again gave it to service the horn issue. They took the car and claimed that the coil was burnt and need to change that horn coil and we need to place a request to buy that coil as we don't have new one with us and it will take a week time to get and replace it. So I took back my car and as its My TVS which is a standard and branded service center, I asked for the cost of coil for replacement and paid the full amount around Rs 3000 in advance. All these happened in Oct 2021. But when I followed up with them since Nov 1st week, they started telling that this is Diwali Time, so we have not received the courier. After a week, they started telling we have not received the courier and for sure within a week we will get and service your car. This story happened till Nov end, I was politely spoken to them understanding their reason. But later in end of Nov 2021 they told that we received the coil, give the car, we will replace it today, and I was happy to their response and gave my car to them. On the same evening, they called me and told that the coil is not fit, we have to get another coil which will take another 1 week, so we will give back the car to you and get it after a week once we received the coil. For that also, I told ok but this time make sure that you place a correct order. But after that no response from them even after several follow up. In fact, they started to ignore my calls and if I call to them thrice, once they will attend. And this story continues till Jan 2022. After that I started scolding them and after that also again they started the same story of within a week, we will replace the coil. And later by mid of Jan 2022 only I came to know that the replacement order was not done from their end. And they requested another 1 week of time to receive the coil and service the car. And again till end of Jan 2022 they were saying that the coil is not received by next week we shall close this. At last on Feb 1st 2022, they told that the coil is received and we shall replace the coil today, so I gave the car for service once again. But again on the same evening, I received a call from them saying that the coil received with some additional part as a set which costs Rs. 4800, so you have to pay additional Rs 2000. My concern is that why they order with additional part when they claimed that only the coil is the faulty. If the coil will not available without that additional part, they should have informed me when they order itself or before I paid the full amount for that coil in advance. I doubt that the person who placed the order mistakenly placed the order with the additional part and the My TVS service persons are trying to push the new coil with additional part to me and get the additional cost from my end which is not fair. Its totally their fault to place a wrong purchase order to their vendor. Totally disappointed with their performance, behavior, reply. I asked them to return back my car without changing the coil or anything as I lost the trust on them. Now to get my amount refund also they are claiming that within a week or so, it will be refunded to my account. Again not sure how long it will take from today. If I deposit this amount in normal account itself, I could have earned interest atleast Re 1 for this amount as its been more than 3 months now. Because of this issue, I faced several difficulty to drive the car without horn. In fact, for few trips I booked private cars and travelled.
                      Total waste of energy, time, money. From now on, I wont prefer My TVS service center to service my car.

                          We took our car for Complete service in September 2021. During the process, they mentioned that Battery's performance is poor and they will change it and install a new battery. Bill was given for installation for new battery. When we enquired about the warranty for Battery, they promised that it would be covered under the Bill and submitting the bill will be sufficient for Replacement of battery in case of any issues within 2 years of warranty period.
                          It's been just 3 months and car didn't start at all. When we checked, we found that Battery is drained completely and it's not working. We informed MyTVS and submitted the battery to them on December 1, 2021. Till now, battery is not replaced and the service Executive is answering us irresponsibly.
                          Please do the needful.

                            The incident happened on 10 Nov 2020.

                            My ford figo 2017 model was sent to MY TVS in north veli street Madurai for checking the front disk break pads.

                            The inventory check in shared from TVS had a wrong mention of my make as Ford Aspire 1.2 Titanium instead of 1.5 Titanium - my first ignorance.

                            They replaced my OEM fitted break pads with a new one and charged me INR 7000+ for the services.
                            Later when the car was delivered the wheel rims had black stains I was informed that the the break pad for the first few days might get some black powders then they will be fine.

                            Later this kept on happening till date then when I serviced my car with Ford authorized service center they identified that TVS apache's break pads were fitted for the Car. This is complete negligence of the MyTVS service agents. How will a 2 wheeler's disk break pads be compatible to a Car.

                            I did not have proper breaking distance and what if there was a loss of life /property due to this poor service.

                            I have with me the disc assembly removed, TVS apache disc break pads. as a proof of this complaint. Also the Ford service Manager shall also register his statement in this regard.
