I had been giving my Vehicle for service with Nissan Authorised service centre only. First time ever I had tried myTVS by registering it thru GoBumpr on 25th March 2023. There wasn't any call till evening to me & i had the person which came to me thru SMS. That person said he is trying & nothing turned up. On Monday 27th I called up the people & Zero response. I then continously called the service guys, then came a supervisor who tried to give me confidence & asked me change the complete Gear Kit which will cost me 22k & then convinced me for tyre change that will cost 24k odd. I believed all that & agreed for changeover of all for a overall cost of 50k. Then I paid Rs 15k advance & there was no response. Then on Saturday 1st April my car was dropped Home & that didn't have the 1st gear functioning. Then it was picked back from my office on 3rd April which didn't have a proper service, without reverse gear & 1st gear functioning on 8th April. Then on 9th April I myself took the vehicle to Guindy centre whereall the comedy was happening so far. I was made to wait for 1 hour. Then told it will be serviced properly & sent to me. On 10th the car came back Home saying it is good & well cleared.
I told the supervisor that day itself I will be out of town & will be back 12th late evening. On 13th I took the vehicle & I have the 1st gear issue still. Added to it was the AC issue now & there a Amber light glowing on the engine value. I am so irritated that I shouldn't have chosen myTVS, rather could have struck with Nissan only.
