Hi Team,
I left my Honda city vehicle( TN 38 BU 3802) in Coimbatore MyTVS workshop ( opposite to Avinasilingam University, Coimbatore ) on Jan 14th for accidental repair and full body painting. My TVs promised me to deliver my vehicle within 30 to 40 days from the date of appointment date. It’s been more than 4 months still MyTVS team is doing my car repair and painting work. I enquired many times about my car service status and no one is properly responding to my concerns. When I visited in person and they are asking me to give additional time. Also the painting work and repair work which they have done so far is not completely satisfied to me and complained about the same. For rework also they asked me 1 week of time line and I have given more than 20 days and still they are working on the complaint. I don’t know why my tvs is taking more than 5 months for my mentioned and what the managers and higher officials are doing with respect against customer complaints . Very worst service experience in MyTVS I ever had in my life time.

I have mentioned don’t above service adviser name who is taking care of my car service. He never communicated true information to me whenever I ask whether my car work is completed and his answer is ‘yes sir it’s done and you can come and take your vehicle’. When I visited the service centre he will take leave and repair work will remain as it is . Not sure why he is communicating fake information to me always . It’s been four times he did same to me . Manager is also not providing proper response . I’m very fed up with my service experience with MyTVS . This would be my last service in your organisation and I will never ever recommend your service centre to anyone and will circulate this to social
Media soon with appropriate proofs and audio’s from service adviser who communicated false information to me.
