Hi,
I got a call yesterday from customer care asking the vehicle to get serviced. The concern Executive was forcing me and telling that I will get the car ready by yesterday evening.
The employee /service engineer was telling it will be difficult to deliver the vehicle Todsy as he have already committed for other vehicle delivery.
The customer care executive called me and promised that I will receive the vehicle in the evening and graunteed it.
But in the evening there is no response from that executive nor follow up on the service.
I tried calling reaching the service engineer there too no response received.
When am in need of Vehicle and giving a wrong commitment and getting the vehicle for service is purely unacceptable, where I hired a vehicle for a purpose and met a loss of 500rupess due to this.
Kindly check this issue and look on too this compensating this. Note yet to receive vehicle update Was this information helpful? |
