[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Horrible experience with Naaptol Shopping | |
Guys, I have bought a PNY 8000 mah Power bank from this site and the experience was downright horrible. I would have anyday paid 200 extra and got it off Flipkart/ Snapdeal. Pfb the list of complaints
1) The seller is just a random small shop store based in Nehru place, Delhi and does not believe in products in sealed packages 2) They gave me a broken charger whose switch was broken ( The entire concept of e-commerce is based on trust that the seller gives a new/untampered product ) 3) All trouble started when I wanted to send it back ( Read Naptol policy : No refunds and only if replacement is not available will they consider it. You have to bear shipping charges when they ship back to you ( This was not enforced for me, so thanks ! ). If you have any trouble past 2 days, naaptol does not do and also Products need to reach the seller within 10 days for replacement eligibility ( lol ) ) 4) Aramex is the worst courier service I have encountered till now ( You need to call them to arrange reverse pickup ). The complaint I had filed for Aramex is below,
Aramex has the longest customer wait times and the persons have the least knowledge about their own services. There is also absolutely no communication between multiple persons involved in the delivery and I would recommend everyone to not use the services. Example: 1) For reverse pickup, there was wrong address in the delivery field. 2) I have to beg the customer reps to put in requests for preferred delivery times( they cannot apparently deliver in the morning ) 3) I had told the delivery personnel that I want the delivery on monday and he had not communicated this and i had to call the reps again 4) You get disconnected if you show any frustration and then you have to wait in call line again. 5) Most arrogant customer service representatives ever who care least about the customer. Call 3300 3300 and see how long it takes to connect for yourself anytime of the day.
5) I packaged it back in their packaging which consist of nothing but a styrofoam in a plastic cover with tape, wrote a lengthy complaint letter and finally sent it back ( you also have to inform naaptol of the shipment number :) as they can't do anything on their own ) 6) No intimation from anyone for a week and suddenly I get an sms saying replacement has been sent 7) The courier guy calls me on a saturday and i tell him to come on monday which does not happen and I have to complain at aramex so that he finally came on wednesday. The new product is also clearly old and seems used but am not willing to go through the pain again. Was this information helpful? | |
