Dear Sir,
Our colony is facing problem of stray dogs.
There are 3-4 dogs in our Colony and 2 of them bites.
2 persons and 1 family member has been victim of these dogs.
Please send dog catcher van as soon as possible, the delay in such case can cause more accidents to Colony members.

Someone throw garbage near main road. In my society garbage vechile came but some people don't through in it. It really look bad. So please put dustbin there or take action.

The person driving the vehicle alone and according to me without license.He comes to pick up garbage after we called him and that too without mask and when asked to wear the mask.. he says 'I am fully fit, won't wear any mask'
From next day he drives his vehicle roughly and doesn't comes.
He even mis-behaved.

The waste collected by nagar nigam workers of bairagarh is not disposed properly, infact the waste is accumulated in premises of my house by workers. A strict action is need to be taken regarding this.

Request you to kindly arrange fogging for killing mosquito.. your efforts of making lucknow clean and healthy will go in vain untill and unless these mosquitoes are not killed before they breed.

Hi, i want to complain about the street light in the area (Rajni Khand Sharda Nagar)which is not working for past 2 years and because of this many unwanted activites are on troll and its creating an environment which is not suitable for the fellow residents. So i here by making you an humble request to please look into the matter ASAP. Kindly resolve this situation because its creating a lot of tension in the society.
The landmark is the steet light just in front of the house number 2/4 and 2/5 rajni khand.
I hope you'll take an immediate action and handle the situation at the best of your abilities, there's one thing i want to add the light is not is reach because of the sacred fig tree just below it so come prepared and provide us light in the area.

Dirty sewage water is left by a family on road due to which people are not able to use the road .
After many times request people of the house is not making any solution and has blocked government road by throwing sewage water on it.
I request on behalf of all people who are not able to use the road to look into this matter as soon as possible

Dear sir I glad to inform i am based in agra near ramnagar Jagdishpura pulia, Banna waali gali. we have complained many times but there is no response and no cleaning of nali from 1 month and due to no cleaning of nali mosquitoes are increasing and there is a threat of dengue.
Cleaning Supervisor come on every morning only Jagdish pura...

अभिषेक पांडेय जी 29.01.2021 को कूड़े का पैसा लेने आये तो घर की घंटी बार-बार बजाते रहते है। मैंने कूड़े का पैसा 2-3 महीने पहले का जमा था। जब मैंने बोला कि मै पुरानी रसीद ढूंढ रहा हूँ आप 5-10 बाद आना तो वो बार-बार घर की घंटी बजाता रह गया। और फिर 5 महीने का पैसा ले कर चला गया। जब उसे बोला कि मैं आपकी शिकायत आपके अधिकारी से करूँगा तो वो बोला कर देना जहाँ चाहे वहाँ कुछ नही होगा।

फिर मैंने नगर निगम में मनोज SI जी ([protected]), सुनीत जी ([protected]) और दुबे जी ([protected]) जो कनखल कूड़े के कार्यो को देखते है, इन सब लोगो को बताया फिर भी इनसब लोगों ने कोई कार्यवाही नही किए, और न ही मेरे पैसे वापस करें अब तक। इन सब लोगो के वॉइस रिकॉर्डिंग है मेरे पास सबूत के लिए।

आप से निवेदन है कि आप अभिषेक पांडेय जी और इन सब लोगों पर शीघ्रातिशीघ्र कार्यवाही करें और मुझसे जो गलत पैसे लिए गए है वो वापस करवाये।

There are 100s of stray dogs here in locality.

And these dogs are so troublesome to people here. Specially people are not able to sleep due to noise pollution at night produced by barking of dogs daily.

1 year gone continue complain regarding cleanliness of chamber and front of my house no one is coming, how irresponsible you are . What the hell is going on should I take any action for this.

I am living in the second street of Adarsh nagar singhariya kunraghat gorakhpur. The sanitation is very bad here. The roads here are not swept regularly. They are dirty with full of rubbish. The drainage water flows all over the street, especially during the rainy days. There are many pits on the road. They are filled with drainage water. Foul smell arises from it and it is a place for mosquitoes to breed. So, people are often affected by fever. The children are often affected by dengue, malaria, etc.

So, I request you to look into this matter seriously and improve the sanitation in this locality.

मै राम गोपाल सेवानिवृत मैनेजर sbi निवासी 238 B सेक्टर 13 आवास विकास कॉलोनी सिकंदरा आगरा के पास जल एवं सीवर कर बसूलने श्री राघव जी गत सिंतबर 2019 में आये थे।मैने उन्हें बताया कि कुछ महीने पहले ही मैने कर जमा कर दिया है तो उन्होंने रसीद मांगी उस समय रसीद नही मिली। मैने बताया कि मैंने श्री सेहरा जी को कर जमा कराया था और मै सेहरा जी को ही कर जमा कराता हू आगे भी उन्ही से कराऊंगा मै आपको जानता भी नही हूं।दूसरे दिन वह सज्जन श्री सेहरा को लेकर आये तो मैने बताया कि मैने सेहरा जी आपको कर जमा कराया था वो भी चेक द्वारा।इस पर सेहरा जी बोले कि आपका चेक का जमा किया हुआ तो कही जा ही नही सकता। हो सकता है कि वो कोई पुराना कर होगा।अब आपके 6408.70शेष पेंडिंग है जमा करा दो अपडेट हो जाएगा।मैने कहा कि अभी मेरे पास चेक नही है चेक बुक आते ही अगले सप्ताह जमा करा दूंगा। तो वे बोले कि कैश देदो कल राघव जी रसीद दे जाएंगे। पैसे लेकर मुझे 6408.70 की डिमांड नोटिस देगये और कहा कि अब कंप्यूटर से जमा होगा आगे से आप on line जमा करा सकते हो।3 चार दिन बाद मुझे राघव जी एक रसीद दे गए और बोले कि कंप्यूटर रसीद है इसमें signature नहीं होते ।आगे से फिर कभी कोई रसीद या पेपर इधर उधर न हो इसलिए उसके बाद ढूढ ढूढ कर मैने मकान से संबंधित सभी टैक्स के पेपर अपने बेटे से सर्च करा कर एक जगह रखबा दिए।
आज दिनांक 23 जनबरी 2021 को जब मै ऑनलाइन टैक्स जमा कराने बैठा तो उसमें वही same राशि 6408.70 एरियर शो कर रहा था तो मैने रिकॉर्ड खोजा जिसमे उपरोक्त राशि 6408.70 के दो 2 पेपर (फ़ोटो प्रति संलग्न) मिले तो मुझे शंका हुई तब मैंने श्री सेहरा जी को फोन किया तो उन्होंने दोनों हो रसीद को बिल बताया और कहा कि ये जमा कि रसीद नही है। मेने उनसे कहा कि मैने आपके सामने पैसे जमा कराए थे।फिर ये दोनों ही कागज फर्जी कैसे दिए गए वो भी एक ही राशि के और दोनों अलग अलग फॉरमेट पर। इस पर वो बोले कि कोई पूरानी रसीद भेजो उससे चेक करता हूं।तब 6106 रुपये की एक रसीद जुलाई 2019 की भेजी जिसमे 2020 तक का टैक्स जमा था।उसे देखकर सेहरा जी बोले कि आपका टैक्स अपडेट है कम्प्यूटर में नही चढ़ा है इसलिए एरियर दिख रहा हैं मै ठीक करा देता हूं।बाद में सेहरा जी मेरे घर आये बोले कि आपका हिसाब सही है आपको इसी वर्ष का 3000 लगभग जमा करना होगा।मेने कहा कि ठीक है जब मेरे पास जुलाई 2019 की रसीद नही थी तो सितम्बर 2019 को आपने राघव जी को 6410 रुपये क्यो दिल बाये ।आज भी अगर मेरे पास ये रसीद नही होती तो आप फिरसे तीसरी बार बसूली कर लेते।।
महोदय मै निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी हुई है।सितम्बर 2019 में दो दो फ़र्ज़ी पेपर देकर 6410 रुपये फोर्सली नकद लिए अब उन्ही पैसों को जुलाई 2019 की रसीद बताया जा रहा हैं जो असम्भव हैं (1) सितम्बर 2019 में दिए पैसों की रसीद बैक डेट जुलाई 2019 की कैसे बन सकती हैं। (2) जुलाई 2019 में मैने चेक से पेमेंट की है।(स्टेटमेंट की प्रति संलग्न)
अतः आपसे सादर अनुरोध है कि मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्यबाही करे तथा मेरे रुपये मुझे ब्याज सहित वापस कराने की कृपा करें।

I live in Indira Nagar (Rasulpur) near Campadevi Park close to Sitaram Chauraha. Here on roads people doing illegal construction and encroaching it. Due to it roads are srinked and very difficult to pass on these road.

Request you to kindly clear the encroachment and stop illegal construction on road.
