Nallur Saree — wrong product | |||
Ordered a product but received very cheap and wrong product and understand this company has already cheated many ppl. And the contact detail given seems not working. Product bought for 849/- and same way this company has cheated many many ppl. And also seems the courier person from ekart knows this company does fraud but still ekart is picking up the product from there. Ekart since i with flipkart and ekart don’t have any costumer care and flipkart cannot do any thing as told by customer care of flipkart. Nallur saree seems changes the address detail regularly to avoid getting caught. Why till now nothing was done? Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered exactly the same saree. And have been cheated. I have also paid INR 849 and have received entirely different product and the price if the same is not more than 3-400 in the market. They mentioned there is a blouse in it. However, there is none.

Hi, i have also purchased a product from this same website and also got cheated. I am not able to report this anywhere in the website. What am i supposed to do? I order for a beetroot colour saree and got a very bad quality blue coloured cloth.

I also experienced the same issue. I ordered beetroot colour silk saree but got one pink saree which is of bad quality. Tried to contact the customer care but it's switched off. Even no reply from them for mail. What should I do

My wife bought a saree from Nallur Saree, but wrong and cheap product was delivered. For refunds she googled out a number, and they insisted to get phonepe app only for refunds, and call up again after adding the bank details in the app.
We did so and called them again. They asked the phonepe number, and they monent we shared the number i noticed my phonepe app logged out. I was still not suspicious. They asked for phonepe otp that just arrived. We never used phonepe before so i did. And i think by that time they were able to login into my account.
Next there was another sms that came to me from a mobile number, with some code (64 character long), and they wanted me to forward that number to another number that shared while i wad on the call. AT THIS POINT I REFUSED AND SAID I DONT NEED THEIR 849 Rs.
I immediately changed my phonepe login by clicking on forgot password.
EVERYONE PLS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Nallur Saree.

I received an absolutely wrong product. I had ordered a grey cotton linen sari from Nallur Saree website, whereas I received a cheap quality purple saree.
It was such a huge disappointment !
It was a gift for my friend - and i just could not give it to her.
I'm attaching a picture of the sari that i received, and also the image of the saree that I had ordered.
The image of the product received is along with the bar code on the package.
Request you to please refund me the money at the earliest.
I'm really sad and upset.

Very very disappointed with this site. The images on their website are so beautiful - but the company is an absolute cheat.
Everyone beware of buying anything at all from this site.
They are cheats and do not even respond to calls or messages after delivering wrong cheap products !!

I had ordered a Pure silk Redwood Saree with brown plain blouse vide order no 10158 but I received a yellow and maroon and horrible cotton saree. I have mailed to either refund the amount or send the correct saree within seven days. However, they have not mailed me or contacted me. After seeing all these posts, I am not sure whether they will refund the amount. This sort of fraud is not taken. WE must all write so that no other person is duped. By the way, this fake company is in Gujarat, right?
