Staff services are poor esp avnit madam and priyanka madam. They dont know how to talk with a customer. They are sitting in service sector. After several reminder on phone and through email they said we dont get the information. This service shows very poor impact on me and i am not going to continue after that. I have also taken services from them. They Guys are very co-operative and speak in a polite way. I did not find any problem regarding their services. Perhaps there must be communication gap in your case. I believe their employees and services are very much co-operative and efficient.

I have taken a package from Naswiz. I had little confusion regarding the payouts and other benefits. I personally have very good experience with the customer services. My queries were resolved in the given course of time. I suggest one should try once to get rid of all the myths about the company.

Thanks Naswiz for providing us excellent Resort in Manali.I was thinking the hotel but Naswiz provided Resort for us.The resort was awesome I can't imagine that Naswiz deals with types of a resort in very less price. they guys are very co-operative and Naswiz provides us best services every time.
