Naswiz Holidays — Refund for ID KK22249 | |||
I have booked elite package from Naswiz and paid Rs10063.00 for ID KK92249. During the process of induction, it was told that booking process will be offline and after filling the details of two options it can be sent only by courier or speed post and scanned copy of booking request will not be accepted. The refund process is complicated. In other companies refund is being processed automatically to the payment gateway from where they get the payment. In this company, i have been told for submission the various details with scanned copy of cheque. After sending all the details i was not received any confirmative mail of receipt the details after many mail exchange i got the standard reply of one month time and I'm not getting the specific reply on my emails I will not suggest anyone gets trapped into this company where they even don't have staff and time to respond to the customer's emails I have asked for send the refund policy of the company and request is still pending From the reference and i was told that it will take hardly one week Was this information helpful? | |||

I and my friend ordered a package from Naswiz. After sometime we are not happy with its terms and conditions. We claimed our refund with the process and we received our refund in 10-12 days. We did not faced any problem in refund my money.

Hello, Manoj You did not receive any response from the team Naswiz yet. I think this issue would be solved from the Naswiz. Because I also requested them to refund my money back. they refunded me easily. If you are not getting any response then contact any responsible person in the company they definitely they will help you.
My experience with Naswiz is so far very good. My package included 4nights and 5 days. I wanted to go to Goa. Even if that was the peak time but these people did not make me disappointed. I and my friends had a blast. It was a much- awaited trip. We all could not thank them much. Thanks, Naswiz you guys rock!!
My experience with Naswiz is totally good till date in every aspect. In terms of refunds and in processing the operational formalities these people are very professional. They take care of each and every part decently and professionally.
