0n 27feb.21, i was filling form of neet pg 2021 exam conducted by national board of examinations(nbe), at last nbe asked me to submit payment through sbiepay.I applied for the payment through my central bank of india ( cbi) debit card no. [protected] and amount of 5015 rs has been deducted from my cbi account no.[protected], but on the other hand sbiepay has shown on laptop screen .. 'failed while receiving gateway response, we apologize...

On 3rd March 2021 at 12:12 am...I filled my neet pg form...payment failed...and my form submission was shown pending...but amount 5015 was debited from my account...
Later I tried submitting the form again...this time payment was successful...money was debited again...
So basically fee has been deducted twice from my account
And I want my rs 5015 back...

I was filling the form on 15th march 2021 through my fathers debit card
The money 3835 got deducted twice but my payment status was pending
Then i changed the mode of payment
I paid through bhim upi and my payment was done finally
The money is not credited back yet
Pl take actions my application number is PG182115

Should I have to do 2nd transaction for the same?
And after 2nd transaction Can I get my money back?

I am Vedant Bahiwal, I have registered for NEET UG Counselling on MCC.NIC.in
In OBC category.

I have used SBI gateway for transction using an SBI debit card.

During payment of registration fees I have repeatedly followed the procedure of payment, the transaction failed 2 times and the third time it was successful.

For the first 2 transactions, the amount of Rs. 5500 was deducted from my account. A total of Rs. 11000 was deducted for failed ones. The 3rd transaction resulted in successfully payment. A total of Rs. 16500 is deducted from the account on mcc.nic

So, I kindly request you for a refund for the same failed and deducted transactions which amounts to Rs. 11000.

The bank details, transaction IDs from the bank and payment slip are attached.

This complaint is regarding double payment of NEET PG 2021. My name is Rubeena Maheen, application no. PG152308. On 14th March I have done the payment which is failed and the money has been debited. On the same day i did the payment again which is successfully completed.
So i request you to look in to this and refund my previous payment.

I had done payment on 2 march 2021 evening which got failed. But money deducted from my account but the payment is unsuccessful. So again I did the payment immediately which was successful. But money have been deducted from the previous payment. No refund have been done till now. Kindly look into this matter.
