National Board Of Examination — payment failure in registration for neet pg 2018 | |||||
Sir, my student id is [protected] and i have completed step 1 and step 2 of registration for neet pg 2018 exam. But on 19/11/17 and again on 21/11/17 during step 3 of payment from sbi netbanking, my form did not proceed further even after making payment and logged out automatically, the amount rs3750 was instantly debited from my account and transaction was successful from my bank account. After a lot of try i contacted national board of examination help desk and they asked me to do the payment again. I have lodged a complaint to sbi and send many emails to billdesk customer support but even after more than 48 hours did not get any response from them. I have already paid the money twice but still can not fill my form, national board of examination help desk is not helping with the problem and the last date for filling form is 27 nov 17.
