This is message recived today morning

Representative said fastag not working

Paid 175 rs twice (Given in cash also)

Dear customer, your fastag a/c has been debited for rs. 175 for transaction by vehicle majaxxmrkakc37223 at toll main plaza village jakhauli on[protected]t16:06:36. Balance amount in the a/c is rs. - hdfc bank ltd.

This had happened earlier also. How to get refund now pls help
