National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Car does not passed the toll but amount deducted.

I have raised the complaint with NHAI 3 time and still amount has not yet credited to my account. i have not travelled devanahalli Toll plaza, but amount has been debited from ICICI toll tag account. Please find the complaint numbers 4148362 and 4339684. when i give a call to NHAI they said complaint is resolve amount will be credited to my account within 25 working days, but from past two months when ever i give a call NHAI say that they have transfer the amount to ICICI bank need to contact ICICI bank, when i contact ICICI bank they say still they have not got any instruction to credit the amount to my fast tag account.

Please let me know why the amount is not yet credited to my account. i have registered the complaint on 9th of July 2021 and till no update.

Till now the amount is not yet credited to my account, when ever i give a call to ICICI fast tag customer care they say that amount will be credited with in 3 business day, but till now nothing is happen. ICICI fast tag is giving false promises. if we do not have amount in my fast tag, i have to pay double charges for the toll, from past 3 months they have not transferred the amount which was debited from my ICICI fast tag account and my vehicle was not passed the toll

After multiple call to ICICI Fast tag customer care and updating the consumer complaint also my issue is not yet resolved, i do not know what kind of service you people are giving to the customer. I need a solution to my complaint as soon as possible.
