I would like to bring to your attention that the road between maduravoyal to Sriperumbudur is Fully ladden with potholes.The toll booth which is near hyundai plant for which we pay 25rs is been completely waste of ppl money the tollboth authority are not properly taking care of the road.Normally the travel from chennai to Sriperumbudur takes 1hr 30 mins now the traffic takes about more than 2 hrs.There is high chances of accidents in these...

I received the fastag for my new car on 5 th September 2020, around 1 pm via courier.
The night before the receipt of fastag, an amount of 95₹ was deducted, while the courier guy was travelling across L&T toll plaza located near Vadodara.
I raised a complaint to Paytm for which they approached you to settle the issue for refund. But instead of refundind, again 445 ₹ were deducted from my fastag account for so called discrepancy...

I used my car TN 37 CR 4470 for Trichy trip from Coimbatore on 29/10/2020. As i am having fast tag no 20097655 through Bank of Baroda
all toll charges are collected automatically.
To my surprise, I received SMS that my tag account is debited for Rs 220/- being adjustment debit .
I am enclosing the message

"30/10/2020 15:21:48 CBStagingTxnsProcess Adjustment Debit for Standard Toll Charges for the Tag Account...

Sir there is no board showing that bike is not allowed, but traffic police cut the challan of bikes which is not good. All other toll roads are free for bike. I am very disappointed when i have to pay challan for no reason because of police dadagiri. They told us pay challan here for 500 otherwise pay at court for 5000. Noone want to do any discussion with police because everyone know their behaviour that's why they cut the challan anywhere...

In our Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, Bhojpuri toll naka has started, which is not operational in any condition, it is our misfortune that our government has given a contract to a company which has started toll toll even without completing its work. On the way to Bilaspur to Raipur, many times my vehicle has to be driven in the opposite direction.
A lot of over bridge work is still pending or has been damaged which has not been inaugurated...

On rohad toll plaza, toll person said that your fastag is not in working so you have to pay cash rs. 120/- instead of 60/-. I was charged with toll tax while as per goi letter nhai/11013/it/ho/2017 dated 06 dec 17 all armed forces in civil or hired vehicle on or off duty are exempted from toll tax further on telling that this provision exists they were not ready to listen. In the toll gate of Pipili at NH- 316 (Puri Bhubaneswar-highway) they don't accept the 12 hours rule, that's implmented by the hon'able minister. My village is near by and even for 1 hour, I have to pay full 2 way charges. Upon asking they say "'the 12 hours rule is not implmented in Pipili toll gate".
