Dear sir / madam, my friend has entered outer ring road at muttangi around 2:00 am on 18 Nov 2023, after traveling for sometime vehicle wind shield was not clear so he made a quick stop on the left to clean his wind shield with water from the bottle he is carrying. Soon he stopped Nhai patrol arrived and threatened him to take the vehicle to police station for stopping the vehicle on ring road for emergency cleaning of wind shield. Out of 3 members of patrol 1 person even tried to get into vehicle forcefully and take police station, finally they force fully extorted 1000 rupees by showing some phone pay scanner and let him go. I request you to please take strict action on them for what they did to innocent person . They dont have any right to force someone out of vehicle and take it to police station and next collecting money that too online phone pay transaction that too playing a safe game by showing someone else's QR code .

Toll Plaza had deducted extra amount from my Fastag account (280/- deducted instead of actual charges i.e. 95/-) .

Number of times, same thing has been repeated.
It is requested you to take necessary action against employee appointed at Toll plaza & to refund my extra money deducted to my fastag account.

I have a fastag issued by paytm.
On 10 October 2023 at 11:15 p.m
I got a massage that my fastag has been deducted by rupees 130 for crossing the rohad toll plaza at rohtak. But i haven't avail the service as i didn't cross the rohad toll plaza at that time as for that i have raised a complaint on paytm but i didnot get any solution till now. So i am requesting you to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible and please return my deducted amount my vehicle number is DL9CL7439.Money was deducted from fastag at 11:16 p.m on 10 October 2023.

From the office of Advocate Himanshu piramba chamber no.20 civil court ratia and chamber no.27 distt and session court ftd and it is a reminder i had earlier raised same complaint but no one provide me any solution otherwise i will take legal action in competent court .

There is no current supply in my area, , please arrange RHA current pole and supply to all public shops and houses

In narayanpura toll plaza washrooms were too dirty and there was no water in washrooms and outside washroom

A staff who collects Toll tax name Mr.piyush parmar works on Toll gate rudely talked to customer ( us) and abuse and couldn't let move my car. This is to keep in mind by your staff that he is agressive and have anger issue.jindly look into matter.

A toll of Rs.56 was collected at Varadhajapuram Toll Plaza, TN on 1st Nov'23 for my trip[protected] at 08.36 against my Axis bank fastag wallet ID [protected] for my vehicle no. TN12Q9901. Same full toll of Rs.56 was again collected instead of Rs.28 for my return trip[protected] happened on the same day at 20.42.
Kindly arrange to return Rs.28 back to my Axis bank fastag wallet.

At Pimpalgaon Baswant toll plaza, my car and the cars behind mine were made to wait for 15+ mins just because the car ahead of was trying to use some kind of sources to get past the toll without paying the toll.
The toll authorities after 15 mins let the car pass by for free but all the cars behind ours were made to pay the toll.
How fair is it for us to pay the toll without having to do anything with the toll authorities?!
How fair is it to let the car pass by toll without paying the toll?!
It wasn’t a government vehicle either.

Though there was balance in the fastag account but it couldn't read because of airtel server issue. He was unable to understand to the issue told told us to pay the double the amount.Though the issue was with airtel app and when asked politely he was unable to understand the issue and treated us rudely and used abusive words and misbehaving and came out to raise his hand against us

Toll tax Rs.130 deducted from my Paytm balance against AS12H1018 without visiting Madanpur Toll Plaza on 26th October, 2023.

I m gone through khondali toll plaza i have balance in my fastag account and it is debited also but toll manager said you have to pay by cash because it is not showing in our system and i paid 120 rs cash and 60 rs also cut through my fastag account. So instead of 60 rs i have to paid 180 rs means 120 rs extra because of toll system not working. Its toll plaza fault that i have to go through.so refund my 120 rs of toll.

I am a fast tag holder from Air tel Payment Bank. My vehicle number is KA09MB9708. My mobile number is [protected]..
On 28.09.2023, during my travel from Mysuru to Bangalore, I have found in the first toll plaza near Srirangapatna, that my fast tag was not functioning. When enquired with the toll authorities, I was told that my fast tag is blocked and I was forced to pay double the toll amount. Whereas the toll amount is Rs.155.00, I was forced to pay Rs.310.00.

Again, on the same day 28.09.2023, when I was passing through the second toll from Mysuru to Bangalore, near Bidadi, the toll authorities informed me that my fast tag is blocked and instead of paying Rs.165.00 toll fee, I was forced to pay double the toll fee of Rs.330.00.
Later, on reaching Bangalore, I had checked the balance in my fast tag account with Air tel Payment Bank and found that the balance in my fast tag account was Rs.415.00.
In the meantime, I have recharged my air tel fast tag account on 02.10.2023 for Rs.10.00 and Rs.50.00 which was duly accepted in my fast tag account.
On 07.10.2023, I had passed through the Ramanagara toll plaza. The toll authorities again informed me that my fast tag account is blocked and therefore, instead of paying the normal toll fee of RTs.165.00, I was forced to pay the double the fee of Rs.330.00
I do not understand. as to how my fast tag account was blocked without any reason and without any intimation to me. There appears to be a serious service deficiency either with NHAI or with Airtel payment Bank.o and because of which, I was forced to pay fine without my mistake.

In the meantime, I have called upon your toll free number of Airtel Pyament Bank regarding fast tag complaint. I was informed by the customer care that the fast tag account is not blocked and is active.

I, therefore, request you to take up this matter seriously, and let me know the reason for this untoward incident caused and suitable action is to be initiated to compensate my loss. Please note, in case your reply is not satisfactory, I am constrained to refer the matter to higher authorities. I have enclosed herewith the toll plaza receipts

On a single journey to Mysore form Bangalore, Rs.165 is charged at Kaniminike toll and additional Rs.155 is charged on Gananguru Toll plaza near Mysore. Please clarify on this.
The Single toll which has multiple names that Sheshagirihalli Toll plaza and Kaniminike toll plaza. Clarify this also.

I have to wait more than 5 minutes and pay the toll amount using my UPI ID, I have working FAST TAG on my car TS15FD3236. The Amount I paid is 130 rupees. Please refund the amount and please install working FAST TAG readers

I am writing to bring your immediate attention to a serious concern regarding the ongoing road construction activities on National Highway 66 in Kannur, specifically in Edakkad. The current situation has resulted in severe dust pollution. Additionally, there is a lack of cover in the construction area, exacerbating the problem. I urgently request that you take immediate action to address these issues and ensure a safer and cleaner environment for the local residents.

Over the past weeks, the accumulation of sand and construction waste on the road sides has reached alarming levels. The sand has formed large mounds, resembling mountains, and every passing vehicle or gust of wind raises an enormous amount of dust into the air. The resulting dust pollution has become unbearable, causing serious discomfort and health hazards to the community.

Furthermore, it has come to my attention that there is a complete absence of cover in the construction area. Without any protective covering or measures to contain the dust and debris, it spreads freely into the surrounding areas, affecting the air quality and creating an unsafe environment for pedestrians, motorists, and nearby residents.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I trust that you will act promptly to resolve these pressing concerns and restore a clean and safe environment for the residents of Kannur.

This is to bring to your kind notice that Srinivasa Edifice Pvt Ltd., the contractor of NH - 167AD - Macherla to Dachepalli has their concrete mixing and facilities plant located just adjacent to my agricultural land in Rayavaram village, Macherla mandal, Palnadu district of Andhra Pradesh. They are discharging drainage water continuously into my agricultural land, damaging the crop and the land's fertility severely for over 1 acre. The workers working in their plant are throwing alcohol bottles, cigarette packs, and all the garbage into my agricultural land. We have complained about the same to the AGM of the firm, but they are taking it in a lighter vein.

I am an old poor farmer. This is the only agricultural land I have and is my only source of livelihood. I kindly request you to address my grievance and see that an amount of Rs.35, 000 is paid to me by the contractor as a compensation for the loss I have incurred in the farm of damaged crop, loss of fertility of the agricultural land by over 1 acre.
