National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Congestion due to Toll at Khalapur

Address:Khalapur Toll Plaza, Mumbai Pune Expressway

There is 30 minutes congestion on Mumbai Pune Express way due to Khalapur Toll plaza. I don't want to pay Toll amount for such irresponsible management by Toll plaza. I want toll money refund and reply as well who is responsible for it.
