National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — double payment on toll by cash & fastag on 05/01/2020

While coming from khalapur to pune at khalapur toll plaza due to rush i was told to pay cash rs.173/- at 7.16 pm, as the additional lane was arranged. I asked for fastag or credit card payment but they refused. At kamshet i. E. Next toll plaza i showed that cash receipt of rs.173/- & left the plaza. But later i rec'd message that my fastag a/c is also. Debited.
I had made a double payment for my car no. Mh12gv 7246. I request you to kindly arrange refund on my fastag account - sudhir kashikar ([protected]) sudhir. [protected]@rediffmail.com
