Dear sir good evening, i anand bhardwaj having car no up16bx9888. Have fastag thru airtel. I have applied online monthly pass of rs 275 and paid the amount to you vide payment id no[protected] on 1st july thru patym, but the fastag not active in the morning on today. However my son also rechage the same on today it will active on tomarrow. I have done double payment for monthly pass, today i also pass chhijarsi toll plaza hapur. The amount also debit from my airtel bank of rs 125. I am not responsible for that. Please refund my amount of rs 275 and rs 125. Total amount rs 400 excess paid
