National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Excess toll collection by the Araria toll plaza (HARIABARA) NH27 (old NH57).

Dear sir/Madam,
With due respect, I want to say that today dated-22/01/21 at time 16:19:41 ₹110 has been deducted in one way journey (from Purnia to Simrahi bazar) by Paytm fastag wallet.

As my Paytm wallet had not enough balance ; so ₹60 had not been auto deducted from my online Paytm fastag wallet ( as earlier the same had occurred on 29 dec 2020 by Paytm fastag wallet auto deduct method).

After that the toll money collector forced us to pay ₹110 in cash. They denied to accept ₹60 by cash. Whereas, As per rule toll plaza fee for both way journey is ₹170 for car.
They collected this amount ₹110 in cash at time 20:56:21 on same day dated-22/01/21.
Though, we had said him about the earlier transaction of ₹110, which were done at Paytm fastag wallet at the time 16:19:41 on dated 22/01/21. But he denied to accept ₹60.

I am hoping such situation could not be occurred to other travellers. So, I am Aspecting, a needful action for resolving such issues. Waiting for positive response from your side.
