I am Raghuveer Singh S/O Alakh Niranjan Singh from Naya Jan Tola, Chapra (Saran) Bihar - 841 301. I had purchased a FASTag from PayTM Registered Number: [protected] and it has been installed on TATA ACE Gold Light Motor Vehicle Registered Numnber: BR04GB0720. Order Number: [protected].

I kindly request you please! Update my this FASTag because we are facing problems, when our vehicle cross to toll tax excess amount has been deducted from wallet such that on 21 & 22, April 2021 the vehicle has been crossed following excess fare amount deducted.

1. Sonho, Chapra fare only Rs. 55/- but deducted Rs. 120/-
2. Pokhraira, Sitamarhi fare only Rs. 35/- but deducted Rs. 95/-
3. Pokhraira, Sitamarhi fare only Rs. 35/- but deducted Rs. 95/-
4. Sonho, Chapra fare only Rs. 55/- but deducted Rs. 120/-.

Please! Update this as soon as possible.
