National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Extra Charges debited by my fast tag in non-travel day

Hi Team,
I am using car (ALTO) travelling aways.
While crossing toll, toll amount debit from fast tag amount immediately.
After one again debit big amount (190 and 195) in 2 toll always.

Toll Name: Paranur and Athur toll plaza

For Car toll plaza rate mention: 70 for both toll but taking 195 and 190.

I raised compliant in equitas, they told to raise complete for toll plaza.

Each time i crossed these 2 tolls they tool 390 rs, kindly check and take action and return my money too
