National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag inactive | |
I bought fastag from airtel on 27th nov 2019. I used it on my way from jaipur to delhi and back from delhi to jaipur on same day. After that my fastag became inactive showing vehicle mismatch. I called up airtel customer care and also send them email. My case is still not solved and 20 days have passed. The case number is 4465675. Please help me and get my fastag activated.
