National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Fastag issue (Toll plaza denied for fastag and charged me double amount)

I was heading towards Jaipur for my exam on 26th September. At Toll plaza, i was charged 280/- and when i asked if fastag is working or not, the person denied and said only cash is acceptable.
Today while i was returning, the same toll plaza deducted money from my fastag wallet.
