I ordered fastag from airtel payments bank. The order is shipped. Even after 7 days i haven't recieved it. A normal delivery to my area takes 3-4 days but yet not delivered.
The no given for customer care is not working.
This is totally a way to frustrate customer.
The customer care doesn't reply when mailed
Rather i could have had purchased from somewhere else
