[Resolved] National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag not received | |
I had applied for fastag through axis bank on 29-nov-19. However i have not received the same till date. On 9-dec-19 i had written below mail to their customer care. Dear axis bank team I applied for fastag through axis ban online portal on 26-nov-19. On 28-nov-19, i received a message that the same shall be despatched within 7 working days. On thursday, 5-dec-19, i received a message that my fastag has been processed and same shall be despatched soon. However, since then i have neither receive my fastag nor any update on same Your toll free helpline # [protected] is going unanswered on first option after selecting language. Please resolve asap and revert. The following reply was received against above. Dear sir/madam, Greetings from axis bank! Thank you for writing to us. We have noted your case with interaction id 99796239. Our customer service executive would revert to you within 2 working days. In case you require immediate assistance, please contact our 24 x 7 toll free number [protected]. We thank you for banking with axis bank. However there is no action after that.
