National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — fastag recharge problem in axis bank fastag | |||
Dear sir i purchased axis bank fastag on 13.12.2019 from representative of axis bank at nivedita setu toll plaza at rajchandrapur, bally, howrah. My car number is wb02y 1734 and registered mobile number is [protected]. Subsequently rs. 100 was credited in my fastag account but i am unable to enter into fastag site of axis bank for recharge with the user id and password provided at the time of purchase of fastag. I paid ra. 600 for this purpose. The representatives are also not coming to the toll plaza now. I am unable to recharge my account. Kindly take necessary action.
