National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — For Airtel & ICICI | |||
We have purchase Fastag[protected] from ICICI before six month but still not activated whenever we visit to toll they say our Vehicle is blacklisted. On complaining to ICICI they say there is no problem just visit to toll and ask to update for the serial number. On following with them they said there is problem from Airtel as we were having airtel fastag first, so on following with airtel after 3 months they send mail to us that it is cleared from airtel. On same when we again contacted to ICICI with details from airtel they said not cleared on continue followup now they agree that their back office people not updated the same to system. Again and again making complaint but still not resolve the matter and toll people are asking to pay double the price. So we would like to complaint for the same on both the companies (airtel & ICICI) Was this information helpful? | |||
