There is huge fraud going on in the name of Rasoiya Dhamna Toll plaza (Barhi). Stretch : Barachetti - Gorhar (Km 240.00 - Km 320.00), PIU Dhanbad
At a distance of approx 77 kms from Rasoiya Dhamna Toll plaza (Barhi), there is a small installation at Dumri with people having handheld devices to scan fast tag and the money is being deducted in two concecutive transactions/ they scan the tag twice saying its the part of process.

1st transaction is being done in the name of "Rasoiya Dhamna Toll plaza (Barhi), , PIU Dhanbad " of Rs 55 and the transaction is done at that moment.

2nd transaction message comes after few hours when we have moved from that place with debited amount Rs 50 in the name " payment made at NETC".
Above two transactions are only for one way journey.
Please look into this matter.
