National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — icici fastag services are very bad | |||
Hi sir, While purchasing my vehicle they have given me icici fastag for rs 600/-. Do no know the issue, but most of the times fas tag does not get detected automaticaly. To avoid hassle, i started paying by cash, but many of the times money got detected from my fas tag balance though i paid by cash. I raised complaints for cashback many times and few of the times money refunded. I already lost around rs 300/- due to this wrong deductions. I fed up with this, stopped recharging my fastag account and it got deactivated. Since fastags are made compulsory, i decided to close icici fastag account and take other bank's fastag. So i closed my icici fastag account on online on 19th nov. Account went to inactive status and it said it will take 12 days to close. I just checked the status just now, again it is made active. I tried calling customer care but it is not reachable. I always had problems connecting to their customer care. Now how should i get it closed before dec 1st and get new fastag?
