National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Issue with toll gate fast tag scanner. Amount deducted from fastag and I even paid at the toll gate through cash. Refund amount.

I'm staying in other place and my parents alone are travelling towards Visakhapatnam today (31 Mar 2023) and at "Gollaprolu Toll Plaza" toll collector told after scanning our fas tag that balance is low and charged toll gate price Rs.45/- and low balance penality Rs.45/- on total Rs.90/-.

I knew that there was a balance amount more than Rs.700/- in the fas tag wallet and my father is not aware of this. To my bad I couldn't pick my father call. After crossing the toll gate I got a message stating that Rs.45/- got deducted from my Paytm Fas Tag wallet.

So, the problem is with the (toll collector) toll gate person who doesn't know what the exact issue was and he charged extra from my parents. So Refund my amount Rs.90/- back.

Attaching the screenshots of the paytm wallet which shows I have sufficient balance, the amount deducted from towards toll gate and the ticket[protected] which my father got from toll gate after paying the amount.
