National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Kotak compelling me to make fastag transaction otherwise they will deactivate my fastag

Sir, I have got a SMS (Screenshot attached) from Kotak-Fastag. Kotak is compelling me to make fastag transaction otherwise they will deactivate my fastag under RBI so-called guideline.
It is ridiculous to force customer to make fastag transaction under covid-19 situation.
Kindly let me know what NHAI directions in this regard. Raise this issue with MORTH.
