National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Local pass not available in Chennai Outer ring road Toll plazas

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Hope you know there are 4 toll plazas in Chennai Outer ring road. In that, Varadharajapuram toll plaza is very near to my home and I have to use that road every day to go to office. When I approached to get the local pass, they said it is not available and they asked me to show the AADHAR card and I did that. But still the money is getting deducted automatically from FASTAG account. I am using ICICI FASTAG and they are saying they can't do anything for this issue and asked me to contact the TOLL PLAZA people. But they are simply saying, you remove the FASTAG and come so that they will allow. Or else money will be deducted and there is no LOCAL PASS available/ implemented in their toll plaza. I can't simply remove the tag since I have to cross few other tolls also everyday. Please help and provide the LOCAL pass for the people who are staying very near to VARADHARAJAPURAM toll plaza.
