National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Local residents Toll Tax deducted from fastag account

I am resident of Pune and my residence is within 20km reach from the Shivapur toll plaza of Pune-Satara road.
Vehicle number MH 12 PC3361
My fastag account was debited for the toll tax while traveling from Wai to Pune on 28-01-21 T13:02:34
I have not received any text message on my registered cell phone after deduction from the account.
I have received one mail from my bank for the account status of debiting the account for toll tax that too at 15:25 same day, that means about 145 minutes after the deduction.

Following is the mail details of the account.

I want to know the details of the procedure for the deduction from local residents account.
Also request to please send the procedure to enable get the funds deducted from the account
