Sir, today I cross chapper toll plaza at muzaffarnagar Uttar pardesh in evening, I have reached at toll plaza at 5.00 a.m, only one line is running and that have issue to read the fastag then other vehicle is going in second line then I also take our vehicle in second line result is same both line not read fastag. Then I goes to cabin and told to toll plaza staff pls release vehicle urgently if your system is not running and am not wait more minute then your all staff blame me why you release truck who will bear the cost of truck toll tax I told pls read my vehicle fastag and release immediately I have to reach at gurgoan but tol plaza staff not agreed on that and done Miss behave with me and I not acceptable that toll plazza one person staff hit my car and dented my car I know that person, so requested pls share the photo of your staff which is duties at that time with name I give you the name of your staf which is hit my car.
