We were travelling from Delhi to Agra on 3rd July 2020. We reached at mahuvan toll plaza at mathura & there is a huge line of vehicles. When we reach to toll person he missbehaved with us & overcharged from us almost thrice charges.. Fast tag machine was not working & they are overcharging from the people. They have charged cash amount as well as from fast tag. As we were waiting since 1 hour it should be free but they charged thrice charges. As per me this place os not safe. We were travelling from Delhi to Agra on 1st July 2021. We were charged 600 rs as the toll amount from us . However on 28th august paytm charged us 300 rs more. I raised the issue with paytm and they said that this issue can be raised within 40 days as per policy. However, money deducted from my wallet on 29th august 2021 and i raised the issue on 29th august 2021 with paytm.

Please help me in refunding the extra amount deducted from my wallet. The details of transaction is attached in the images
