National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Not accepting aadhar card printout from downloaded from UIDAI site for issuing local monthly pass at Narayanpura toll plaza

I want to get a local monthly pass from Narayanpura toll plaza which is a NHAI toll plaza but even after submitting all the required documents at the toll office, they are not ready to accept the printout of my aadhar card downloaded from UIDAI portal and asking to show them Original aadhar card, for them downloaded aadhar card is not a valid document.
Kindly suggest me what to do and kindly help me in this regard.
